The Board does not provide workers' compensation insurance for contractors.I am responsible for my own income and self-employment taxes. I will receive a Form 1099 for payments I earn and will provide a W-9 to be paid.I understand The Board is a marketplace and payment platform. My agreement for each lead is for a result, and The Board does not direct how I do the work beyond the legal and compliance rules in the contractor terms.
